Doing my part for the intellectual commons -- Elsevier allows authors to post copies of their published work on their personal web sites, after all, so here it is. I've always thought scholars ought to keep online repositories of their own work, like Carolyn Miller. I want to do the same, maybe with an OpenScholar site. But for now, this book review I wrote is on Scribd:
