Chun's Reaction?
I wonder what Chun is thinking right now about the current political climate. I typed his old URL into my address bar, hoping he had come back to say something about the election and the aftermath. Come on, Chun! Make a cameo appearance at Crooked Timber or at Michael Bérubé's or somewhere! (I will, of course, feel like an idiot if he's already done this. Please point me to it if he has.)

I miss Chun :-(
He brought a cruel and unusual perspective to life and events that refreshed and outraged all his readers. People called him a troll, and worse, but I loved him. I should have downloaded and archived his site while I had the chance.

Everyone's going to think this is so sick and wrong, with the probable exception of Krista, who will just laugh and shake her head, but I had a bit of a Chun crush. He reminded me of an ex-boyfriend of mine, a brilliant, witty trickster who loved messing with people. The more seriously they took themselves, the more he'd yank their chains. He did it to me all the time and always made me laugh in spite of myself.
